Branding for Skive Theater [2021]

For this project, we were asked to go into the local area and find a possible design client. We [Malva Askerup & I], found Skive Theater, the local theater in Skive. We asked them whether we could design a new brand and logo for them, and that is what we did. The final product consists of a brand identity redesign, including a new logo and its variations. In addition, we created a set of posters: for a series of upcoming perforamances, for individual performances, with/and without images, and finally - a poster that solely advertised for Skive Theater. We saw that the actual theater didn't have its own branding or identity - which we found a shame. So we also wanted to create a set of posters that advertised the theater as a cultural institution, and not just around the performers that they house.
